This division focuses on Embedded Software Development projects for real time PID closed loop monitoring and control systems. Capabilities extend from Micro-code/assembly through C &C++ real time code / memory efficient designs using In-circuit emulators to Virtual simulators to validate system design and performance. Development expertise with 4, 8, 16, 32, 64 single chip microcontrollers to single board computers.

Electrical - Microprocessor/micro controller based industrial control / industrial instrumentation systems. Radio frequency (RF) / Infrared (IR) / network based communications. Schematic capture and PCB layout.
Mechanical - Design / motion analysis. CAD,CAM,CAE. Complex molded part / structural design, pump, valve and fluid system design and material/process selection.
Analysis - Finite element analysis (FEA), Failure modes effects analysis (FMEA), Design for manufacture (DFM)/Design for assembly (DFA, Quality function deployment (QFD) and Geometric dimension and tolerance.
