Application Development Services
This division focuses on Application Software Development projects. We provide quality services for multiple environments including client-server, object-oriented technologies, relational database, GUI, Interactive Web design and development. Current projects include Remote Data Acquisition, Data Conversion, and Custom Database Schema design with GUI front-end applications.
Document Management Services
We specialize in providing document scanning services and imaging systems. ZDMS also offers on-site scanning services, certified document destruction and document storage.
We can scan and copy document images to many commonly used and industry standard file formats such as TIFF, PCX, DCX, GIF, TARGA, and JPEG G3 and G4 compressed and/or uncompressed. Images are copied to a media of your choice (diskette, tape, optical, or CD-ROM) for storage or loading to your system. ZDMS can also provide various indexing, including manually keyed indexes, optical character recognition (OCR) field indexes, full text OCR, bar coding or intelligent character recognition (ICR). Image enhancing options are also available, including filtering, smoothing, deskewing, cropping, and positioning.
We scan technical specifications, drawings for Engineering companies, legal documents for law firms, patient files for the medical profession, accounts payable, material safety data sheets, customer service and human resource documents for industry, and accident reports for law enforcement to mention a few.
Technical Management Services
ZDS provides a virtual extension of an organization’s physical and manpower resources in IT. This gives our customers results in cost-effectiveness, flexibility in staffing, and other resource options.
Application management services provided include needs analysis, functional requirement documentation, scope of work, workflow implementation, on-site network/MIS management and project management.
We offer application management services in technology segments like Object Oriented Technologies, Internet/E-Commerce, Client-Server, Mainframe for business domains comprising Financial Services, Workflow, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, ERP, Insurance, Retail Chain, Helpdesk, Information Services, Knowledge Management, Social Security System, amongst others.
